If any of your questions can be answered from our terms of use, knowledgebase (link above) or some part of this web site, we will be referring you to it in our reply. So please be sure to read everything over carefully as your answer(s) may already be here. If your question is not answered anywhere, please use the form above.



To mail in your registration fee, please include your name, challenge name, office building and state. You will not be able to enter any minutes until the fee is paid. Please allow time for delivery.

There are a couple of different ways and methods to contact us. The best way to contact us is through the Support Ticket system above if other areas are unable to shed light on your issue. With the Support Ticket we can effectively track your issue through to your satisfaction.

If you need to speak with a representative, you may call us, however again for technical issues we strongly suggest you first review the knowledgebase then use the support ticketing system above so we can track and accurately deal with your issue.

To report your challenge progress if you are unable to do so online: 1-888-205-5759 ext 301 (Please leave your name, state, the company/office name and your progress information. A 24hr grace period is extended if you miss your progress entry day, except on the last day of your particular challenge.)

If you do not get an answer, please be sure to include your name, phone number, best time to reach you, your time zone and a brief explanation of your issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our phone support hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm PST USA. Please note however that our phone support is limited and the Support Ticket link above is the best way to resolve most issues not already covered in our knowledgebase.
